Victim of Circumstance Stamp

Why I think he's a victim of circumstance (this of course is meant to be funny and not serious in anyway):

Yes he knew of his requirements given to him BUT he definitely was expecting her to show up 10 years later. He's a patient man, Davy is, BUT....

This obviously crushed him with her no-show, and to be honest, if I were promised the same thing, yeah, I'd be a little pissed too and start wreaking havoc on the world. He has nothing to gain from it, he's just pissed. If people were foolish enough to take the oath, then that is their problem He has to run the FD, therefore he needs a crew. Not his fault. (wow...if he were real, I would SOOO enable him!!!) Yeah, he was supposed to take the dead to the next world...but that brings me back to the "she fucked me over!" situation. Do onto others, my friends!

Jack made the deal with him, and Jack being the pirate that he is tried to escape it. Do ya honestly think a man like Davy Jones is going to go, "oh well...forget what ye owe me. Pay me back what and when ye can." YEAH RIGHT! I don't think so. So he was just going after what was owed to him. Would you expect any less?

Don't get me started on how Calypso did him wrong. That is just a storm waiting to brew and I don't think we'll go there. And yeah...I'd torture the shit out of her just like he did for promising that and not delivering!!! Hmm...I wonder if I could do the same to my ex.... *thinks*

Davy seems the kind of man that keeps promises and expects them to be kept when given to him. He's not going to go back on his word. So sorry Bootstrap, you got yourself into it

So basically, I feel he is a very temperamental victim. Just don't piss him off or lie to him and he will leave you be.

Now you can argue with me until you are blue in the face as to why you think he is a villain, doesn't mean I'll change my opinion or even listen to you, but have at 'er if you want.

Oh and, I'm not a fan of Calypso as many people know. I support the squiddly captain 1000%. You can try to make me like her...but again...good luck.
